"Creamed Honey" or "Honey Butter" are names given to honey that has crystallized. There is no cream or butter added...it just looks that way. If you kept your honey in the fridge and put it out each day you would speed up the crystallization process. This honey has been forced to crystallize through the introduction of small honey crystals to give it a smooth consistency. If you put this honey in warm water it would return to it's liquid state. Enjoy comb honey on your cheese board, on crackers, toast, in tea and as a special treat right out of the box.
